le Troc´afe was filled to the limits with people that wanted to take part in exploring Europe, languages and the power of words at the EuroGlobe Poetry Slam. 10 slamers shared their specially composed poetry - one free composition and one to the topic of the evening "Europe - I have a Dream". Finally, after 2 rounds, Elie was crowned winner by the audience that judged each of the slamer by their applause. The spirit was also high when Lauréline Kuntz, France number one slammer, shared her poetry as well as when Prada, the EuroGlobe Slovenia Poetry Slam winner, made a guest number. The winner, Elie, will travel to Prague to join the EuroGlobe Poetry Slam there in spring during the Czech EU presidency.

The masters of ceremony (MC) in a couple of words:

Lucie Rivaille alias U-BIC is a musician, a slammer and composer for the Association Oaz’Art. She is trained in dance and musical creation and organizes and animates open Slam stages. Furthermore, she performs in studios open for all audiences. Recently, she has been composer in “Perfectible” of Cie Mistral Est, a slammer during the National Slam reunion at the “Origines Contrôlées” Festival in Toulouse, in the 21st summer-hour of the Choucrouterie with Roger Sieffer and during the “Les 24H du Slam” Festival in Liege, Belgium. She has also been an art director of the piece “Paroles Transversales”.

Jonathan Rauscher alias Jhon Do Hazar is a former drummer who plays a bit of piano and trumpet as well. After having participated at a writing studio in 2000, he has been blazing for adventure thus establishing a travelling studio to be transformed into a collective slam of associative type. Later on he mounts one of the first inter city slam evenings (Paris-Marseille-Montpelllier). Back from the Alsace he meets Fred H with whom he decides to introduce the slam in his native town – they create a collective named «Boîte à rimes» (rhyme box). They have appeared on stage newly: at the "Racines et Rencontres” Festival in Louftibus and also in the fnac Forum.
