The EuroGlobe was in Slovenia from the 15th to the 25th of May 2008. A program with a vaste diversity of highlights such as the rap and poetry slam award, theatre evenings, the inauguration of the EuroGlobe network and cultural meetings between artists, ngos, politicians took place. Šentjakobskem gledališcu and Metelkova were transformed into the EuroGlobe through the construction of a vanguard Shakespeare stage created by young Slovenian designers and artists.
Together with Slovenian theatre companies, rap musicians, poetry slammers, youth NGOs, Shakespeare enthusiasts, politicians and many more, EuroGlobe was a unique space for inspiration and enjoyment, dialogue and exchange.
